Safe Course 2024 2nd devlog

This is my second update on this project.

What I've added is mostly quality of life features. Here is a list of some of the improvements I've made :

- Zoom : you can now zoom in and out to better navigate around the level. Use the mouse wheel on PC.

- Third camera mode 'fixed' during the launch phase. It's a bit more convenient to make your adjustments from any point of view of the level.

- Speed button : you can now switch between 1x, 2x, and 4x speed.

- Revamped the tutorial to make it shorter and less frustrating. It only contains the bare minimum that the player needs to get started.

- Revamped some of the levels and added some (I experimented with a new mechanic in the last one).

- Many other minor tweaks and improvements...
